• Proficiency in Hubspot and TSYS.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Hire, train and manage a team of quality assurance analysts.
• Lead internal and external operational audits that impact operational efficiency.
• Ensure company compliance with PCI DSS, NACHA.
• Review department processes and implement improvements.
• Define testing methodologies and quality control standards.
• Identify and measure key quality metrics and write policies/procedures.
• Facilitate problem solving across departments.
• Communicate defects and variances to relevant teams.
• Understand purposes of software features with business resources.
• Perform other duties and assist operations as needed.
