Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, CS or related field.
• 3+ years in software development with QA focus including automated and manual tests.
• Experience establishing and driving QA processes across multiple applications.
• Proficient with UFT test automation.
• Hands-on with test-driven development, unit testing, automation framework coordination, regression testing, GUI/web/API testing, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy with developers, QA analysts, and product owners.
• Manage relationships with external QA vendors.
• Test software releases with cross-functional teams (QA, engineers, product).
• Partner with operations to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop test plans, data requirements, and testing traffic workflows.
• Analyze performance data and define quality improvement initiatives.
• Adopt new testing tools and techniques as opportunities arise.
