Qualifications

• Storytelling instincts to turn data into decisions.
• Hands-on Stakeholder Management experience that survives interviews.
• Hands-on familiarity with BDD, sharpened by Negotiation side projects.

Responsibilities

• Ship the Test Planning client-focused rewrite that pays down years of QuantumLeap Inc technical debt.
• Tune BDD queries until the KS database stops timing out under load.
• Drive the BDD incident postmortem to stop the Manhattan outage from recurring.
• Mentor the manager cohort through their first real Test Planning on-call at QuantumLeap Inc
• Tune Load Testing caching so QuantumLeap Inc survives the Manhattan launch spike on the same hardware.
• Walk technology stakeholders through Load Testing tradeoffs in language QuantumLeap Inc execs grasp
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and BDD libraries
• Apply Stakeholder Management and Negotiation to solve hands-dirty engineering challenges
