Klöckner & Co SE is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA for a new, highly automated facility under construction in Columbus, Mississippi. You will report to the Operations Manager with dotted line to Corporate Director of Quality Management and oversee QA programs to meet customer expectations.

You will build and manage a team of quality professionals, drive ISO 9001 compliance, PPAP submissions, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a quality management role within metal fabrication.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Lead activities and reporting to gain and maintain IATF/ISO certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA for a brand new automated facility under construction in Columbus, MS.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and support audits.
• Manage inspection procedures and calibrations.
• Lead a team of quality professionals and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer requirements.
• Implement training programs on quality control procedures.
• Integrate new inspection technologies.
