Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing is seeking a QA Manager to oversee quality assurance activities across the facility, ensuring documentation integrity and ISO9001 compliance. The role includes developing QA documentation, conducting trainings, and leading a team of QA associates to uphold quality standards from production through delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a BS or equivalent QA management experience, and at least 4 years in QA with ISO9001 familiarity.

Qualifications

• 4 years of QA experience preferred.
• 4 years ISO9001 experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with customers, peers and team leaders.
• Ability to comprehend technical drawings and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current master copy of all QA documents and supplier data.
• Develop ISO9001-2015 documentation for quality aspects within the facility.
• Inspect in-process documentation for adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct daily QA training and ensure monthly ISO9001 training is completed.
