PAVE Technology Co, part of the Connexis Group, is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager in Dayton, OH. You will lead the QMS and serve as ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative, guiding audits, supplier quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a minimum of five years in a supervisory capacity with ISO 9001 experience, plus a degree in Industrial or Quality Engineering. You will oversee QA activities across high-reliability manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a management or supervisory role with ISO 9001 experience.
• Industrial or Quality Engineering degree required (associate or bachelor).
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and maintaining a QMS.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably high-reliability industries.
• Proven experience leading internal, supplier, customer, and external certification audits.
• Experience managing supplier quality, supplier performance evaluations, and supplier corrective actions.
• Experience with inspection and test methods, measurement systems, calibration, and traceability.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS procedures and policies.
• Serve as Management Representative ISO 9001:2015.
• Plan and conduct internal, supplier, customer, and external audits.
• Promote customer requirements throughout the organization and manage corrective actions.
• Supervise inspection and testing processes and calibration system.
• Administer nonconformance system and ECO changes.
• Maintain quality records and audit schedules.
