• Resurrect flaky Robot Framework tests until the Los Angeles, CA suite is trustworthy again
• Reproduce the spirited-and-grounded bug from the Los Angeles field report, then make it impossible again
• Wire up Xray feature flags so Power Plus Group can test on Los Angeles traffic risk-free
• Mentor the manager cohort through their first real Xray on-call at Power Plus Group
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Selenium libraries
