Job summary

Energy Innovation Corp is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead backend testing efforts in Elk Grove, CA. You will architect and implement regression tests with TestNG, modernize Postman workflows, and ensure secure authentication and authorization flows.

You will mentor others, review PRs, uphold engineering standards, and drive best practices in testing, security, and observability while balancing a strong emphasis on reliability under load.

Qualifications

• Experience with regression testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Mentor newer manager hires on how LinkedIn wires Postman together.
• Replace the brittle TestRail hack with a TestNG solution that survives Elk Grove scale.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Jasmine.
• Carry the TestRail platform work that makes LinkedIn's next CA expansion boring.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Regression Testing and TestNG.
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team.
• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability.
