Job summary
ManpowerGroup is seeking a QA Automation Lead to bolster our QA organization across multiple releases in a Los Angeles office. You will mentor teams, design and tune automation frameworks, and drive automation-first quality initiatives.
The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on testing across UI, API, and regression suites. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA automation, proficiency with Playwright/Selenium/Cypress, and a solid background in Web/API testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA Automation experience.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with Web Application Testing.
- Experience with API Testing using Postman, REST APIs, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with SQL and database validation/testing is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Support test planning, test execution, and QA activities across multiple releases.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team to ensure quality deliverables.
- Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and regression testing.
- Support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.
- Assist with defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and resolution validation.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and automation-first initiatives.
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint activities.
