Job summary

Amgen in Rhode Island seeks a Manager QA to lead quality assurance across incoming quality, material disposition, and warehouse operations. You will hire, develop, and guide QA professionals, driving risk-based decisions and ensuring timely, compliant product release.

You’ll collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality Control to strengthen processes, oversee deviations and CAPAs, and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level QA leadership experience in a cGMP environment.
• Direct management of QA teams and projects.
• Experience with deviations, CAPAs, change controls and materials disposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA teams for incoming quality, material disposition, and warehouse quality oversight.
• Oversee material inspection, sampling, testing, and documentation review.
• Ensure timely, risk-based disposition decisions and compliant processes.
• Monitor QA metrics and drive improvements across the site and network.
