Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Manager QA to lead Quality Assurance teams covering Incoming Quality, Raw Material and Product Disposition, and warehouse quality oversight. You will hire, develop, and coach QA professionals, set priorities, and drive continuous improvement across site and network teams.

Responsibilities include approvals of GMP documents, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls, with a focus on timely, compliant operations that ensure product quality for patients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of cGMP and quality systems (deviations, CAPAs, change controls).
• Ability to interpret procedures and make quality decisions.
• Strong collaboration across QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality Control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower QA teams for incoming quality, raw material and product disposition.
• Provide quality oversight of warehouse operations, receiving and shipping.
• Review and approve cGMP documents, records, deviations and CAPAs.
• Monitor metrics to assess process health and drive improvements.
• Develop team capability through coaching and performance management.
