Job summary

Procon Consulting seeks a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee quality management for federal construction programs nationwide. You will develop QA plans, oversee CQC, and drive continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, a related degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; 7+ years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience supporting federal construction, facilities, infrastructure, or capital improvement programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing QA processes, project coordination, or construction quality programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Strong customer service and ability to engage government clients and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams in fast-paced environments.
• Certifications such as CFM, BOMI, IFMA or similar credentials.
• Experience supporting DoD/IC or secure federal facilities programs.
• Knowledge of federal construction quality management practices and facility lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate FAC-1B and FAC-1C project activities to support planning, execution, and successful project delivery.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA plans and oversee CQC compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage daily QA activities from initiation through closeout, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and warranties.
• Monitor project controls, schedules, reporting, quality metrics, risks, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with government personnel, contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to support planning and quality management.
• Lead QA/QC meetings, prepare project reports and communications, and maintain project procedures and reporting processes.
