Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a QA Manager for External Supply Solutions (ESS) in Mason, USA. You will serve as the primary Quality leader for contract manufacturers, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality products across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Experience leading investigations, risk assessments, and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA-regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality contact for assigned Contract Manufacturing partners.
• Provide oversight of quality systems and manufacturing operations at external sites.
• Release products manufactured at Contract Manufacturers per regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations related to deviations, non-conformances, complaints, and other quality events.
• Drive CAPA activities and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Support consumer complaint investigations and root cause analysis.
• Manage quality-related changes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor quality metrics across the supply chain and during APR/PQR.
