Job summary

Agropur in Little Chute, Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the food safety and QA program across production operations. You will oversee HACCP, sanitation, validation, document control, supplier qualification, and internal audits to ensure products meet quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least three years of QA experience in dairy or food processing, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of quality assurance/control experience required; preferably in food processing/dairy production.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• HACCP Certification required.
• PCQI Certification required.
• SQF Certification required.
• ASQ CMQ/OE Certification preferred.
• CIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the formulation, implementation and maintenance of basic policies, plans, programs, standards and techniques necessary to achieve food safety and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain methods for measuring how QA goals are met and drive corrective actions.
• Interface with sales, suppliers, customers, manufacturing, and distribution to establish food safety and quality requirements.
• Manage QA functions to review products and processes to reduce issues and improve reliability.
• Ensure operations comply with government regulations and manage audits.
