Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Quality Assurance Intern to work with the Quality Assurance and Laboratory Leadership teams in Wisconsin. You will help monitor production parameters, assist in maintaining AGROUP customer and company protocols, and gain hands-on experience in a world-class dairy manufacturing setting.

The role offers exposure to sanitation inspections, documentation reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s program in a Dairy Science, Food Science, Chemistry or Agricultural Science or related field.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Interest in food manufacturing, food safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Support quality, food safety, and sanitation inspections.
Assist with product, ingredient, and packaging quality verification.
Collect samples and support monitoring and testing programs.
Review quality and food safety documentation.
Partner with Quality team members to learn various functions within the department.
Present key project outcomes and learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
