Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Little Chute, WI seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA program across food safety, HACCP, and quality control initiatives. You will steward audits, supplier qualifications, and continuous improvement to ensure product compliance and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years in QA, and certifications such as HACCP, PCQI, and SQF. Leadership experience and budget management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QA‑control experience in food processing/dairy.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• HACCP Certification required; PCQI and SQF Certifications required.
• ASQ CMQ/OE and CIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the QA program and ensure food safety/quality objectives are met.
• Lead audits, including regulatory and supplier audits; drive corrective actions.
• Interface with sales, suppliers, manufacturing, and distribution on quality needs.
• Manage document control, change management, and validation activities.
• Ensure a safe work environment and manage department budget.
