Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The QA Manager develops, implements, and improves the laboratory Quality System as described in the QMP, trains staff, maintains the QA Manual, and manages proficiency testing and audits to safeguard data integrity.

The role requires BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences, 5 years bench experience plus QA training or 2 years QA, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences required.
• 5 years bench-level analytical experience plus formal QA training or 2 years QA experience.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality System in line with QMP requirements.
• Maintain and update the Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) and SOPs.
• Provide QA training to new personnel and monitor staff competency.
• Conduct and oversee internal audits, external audits, and client/regulatory audits.
• Prepare monthly QA reports and oversee PT sample scheduling/records.
• Maintain certifications, control charts, and records for all QC activities.
