Job summary

Food Talent Solutions partners with a growing premium food manufacturer to identify a Site Food Safety & Quality Manager for a high-visibility leadership opportunity in St. Louis, MO.

The role leads the site’s HACCP, SQF, USDA programs, partners with Operations to sustain top-to-bottom quality, and mentors two FSQA technicians while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Food safety leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong USDA, HACCP and SQF audit experience.
• Confident floor leader with credibility with Operations.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and improvement.
• Passion for developing people and foodsafety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead HACCP, SQF, and USDA programs across the site.
• Directly supervise 2 FSQA technicians.
• Partner with Operations to drive food safety and sanitation.
• Promote continuous improvement and compliance culture.
• Represent site in regulatory readiness and audits.
