Job summary

SunSoft Online is hiring a QA / Management Analyst for an Arizona state agency in Phoenix. The position is a 1-year contract, W2, largely remote with occasional in-office days at 1600 W Monroe.

You will analyze programs, perform QA testing, and develop plans to improve processes. Requires 1–2 years of experience, XML, SQL, and strong analytical skills; residency in the Phoenix metro area and U.S. citizenship or green card.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management analysis experience.
• XML knowledge with Altova XMLSpy.
• Quality Assurance testing experience.
• SQL skills including MS SQL Server Management Studio.
• Strong analytical skills with data synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing of eServices programs and processes.
• Conduct problem analyses and develop improvement options.
• Develop and execute QA test plans.
• Provide technical support and helpdesk for internal customers.
