Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a world-class QA Manager to own quality across a modern .NET/Angular/SQL SaaS on Azure. You will evolve automation with Playwright, embed AI agents, and lead a blended team of automation and manual testers.

Hands-on in debugging pipelines and shaping strategy, you’ll deliver measurable quality improvements while mentoring engineers. You will define a long-term quality roadmap, design scalable test frameworks, and optimize CI/CD with intelligent parallelization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA/QE, with leadership experience in SaaS environments.
• Hands-on with Playwright (UI + API) and modern JS/TS testing patterns.
• Strong understanding of .NET (C#) backend and Angular frontend architectures.
• Solid SQL skills for data validation, seeding, and reporting.
• Proven experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates.
• Track record of AI/ML in testing with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define a 12–18 month quality roadmap balancing speed, coverage and cost.
• Architect test frameworks scalable across microservices and frontends.
• Lead and mentor 5–10 engineers (automation and manual).
• Improve CI/CD quality gates and AI-assisted testing workflows.
• Build dashboards translating quality metrics into business outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly QA tooling and process audits.
