Job summary

Current is seeking a QA Lead for Risk Operations in New York to lead and evolve the QA program for disputes while partnering with BPO and internal teams. You will drive calibration, scorecard updates, and regulatory alignment, surfacing trends and guiding leadership on actions needed to improve accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes governance of QA with external partners, data-driven reporting, and the ability to scale QA across non-disputes risk areas as the operation grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in quality assurance, operations quality, or risk operations in disputes/fraud/risk.
• Familiarity with consumer financial regulations Reg E, Reg Z, CFPB guidelines at agent level.
• Experience governing QA programs for BPO or outsourced operations.
• Ability to design and maintain QA scorecards and calibration sessions.

Responsibilities

• Disputes QA and BPO governance across outsourced disputes operations and internal teams.
• Refine QA scorecards, sampling, and calibration cadence to align with Reg E, Reg Z, CFPB.
• Lead calibration sessions with BPO QA leads and ensure performance benchmarks.
• Identify discrepancies, track corrective actions, and elevate issues to leadership.
• Analyze QA findings and present data-supported observations to leadership.
