Zusammenfassung

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Quality Lead to serve as a point of contact for QA Technicians on the shift when supervision is unavailable. You will manage FSQA programs, back up document reviewer tasks, and collaborate with QA and other departments to meet requirements, assignments, and trials.

You will lead QA activities, ensure GMP adherence, and oversee incident reporting, audits, and CAPAs, while maintaining data entry and reporting for KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in science preferred.
• 3–5 years QA experience in FDA/USDA facilities.
• GMPs, HACCP, FSMA PCQI, and SQF experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and assist QA Technicians performing in-process QA checks.
• Participate in the Internal Audit program.
• Perform GMP Audits.
• Oversee Incident Report generation and communication.
• Lead RCA-CAPAs management.
• Participate in Mock Traces / Recalls as necessary.
• Perform and/or oversee the PEM and Non-PEM swabbing programs.
• Assist in consumer/customer complaint investigations.
• Serve as main QA contact for trials or new product qualification activities.
• Track and order lab supplies.
