Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Quality Lead to serve as the QA Technicians’ on-shift contact when supervision is unavailable. You will manage FSQA programs, back up document review tasks, and ensure data accuracy in QA systems while collaborating with QA and other departments to meet requirements, assignments, and trials.

This role requires handling audits, incident reports, and KPI data while maintaining GMP adherence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; QAD approval if needed.
• Associates Degree in science preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years QA experience in FDA/USDA facilities.
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, FSMA PCQI, and SQF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist QA Technicians performing in-process QA checks.
• Participate in the Internal Audit program.
• Perform GMP Audits and oversee incident report generation.
