Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Quality Technician to execute corporate and plant QA, Food Safety and Laboratory requirements. The role reports to the QA Manager and supports corrective actions and documentation across operations.

Core duties include sampling, testing, calibration, and ensuring compliance with GMP policies. The position emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement within a dynamic bottled water facility.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shift (days or nights) on a rotating schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all parameters of food safety and quality are adhered to and maintained.
• Calibrate lab and line equipment for accurate results.
• Collect in-process and finished product samples for testing.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing to meet specifications.
• Identify and isolate products that do not meet standards and document results.
• Participate in HACCP and safety teams and support investigations as needed.
