Job summary

IO Datasphere, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive strategic QA leadership and hands-on testing across multiple cloud-based SaaS projects.

You will direct a team of QA Analysts and partner with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure high-quality, fully tested solutions. This hybrid role includes planning, coordination, and coaching, with a focus on QA maturity, defect tracking, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Five years of proven work experience as a QA tester or similar role.
• Two years of experience leading others.
• Experience with QA methodology.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the implementation of mass transit systems or other complex operational infrastructures is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Define QA strategy and test plans across the program.
• Execute hands-on testing for cloud SaaS solutions.
• Partner with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure fully tested, high-quality deliveries.
• Track defects and metrics; drive remediation and retesting workflows.
• Maintain test documentation, environments, and data sets; standardize QA processes.
• Provide coaching and oversight; report QA status to program leadership.
• Provide knowledge transfer
