Job summary

Cirkul in Tampa, FL is seeking a QA Lead to deliver hands-on quality measurements in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will drive results through document reviews, lead QA Technicians, and approve release of data. You will partner across teams to address food safety and quality issues, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM, with competitive pay and benefits, including 401k match and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in performing quality control process checks, enters data & results accurately.
• Proficient in English, required. Bilingual in English & Spanish, preferred.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Specific in-depth knowledge of complex packaging equipment.
• Extremely detail oriented with the ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to follow directions, as well as, train and coach other team members.
• Strong communication skills
• Has the ability to do simple math

Responsibilities

• Drive results through document reviews of SOPs, batching records, testing methods (including tasting), and logbooks to ensure GMP activities are completed and documented.
• Lead QA Technicians in daily activities and being a resource for the team. Following work orders, and quality control procedures.
• Approve to release laboratory data and reports.
• Responsible for partnering with others, sharing knowledge, skills and information within the assigned team and across functional areas.
• Report Food Safety and Quality issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and/or opportunities to management and correct where possible.
• Participate in investigations into minor major root cause, corrective or preventive actions and impact to product safety, identity, strength, quality or purity.
