Job summary

Cirkul, Inc. is seeking a QA Lead to provide hands-on quality measurements and leadership in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will help ensure product safety and quality across processes and products.

Key responsibilities include reviewing SOPs, batching records, testing methods, and logbooks; leading QA Technicians; approving and releasing data; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in performing quality control process checks, enters data & results accurately.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Specific in-depth knowledge of complex packaging equipment.
• Extremely detail oriented with the ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to follow directions, as well as, train and coach other team members.
• Has the ability to do simple math

Responsibilities

• Perform document reviews of SOP's, batching records, testing methods (including tasting), and logbooks to ensure GMP activities are completed and documented.
• Lead QA Technicians in daily activities and being a resource for the team. Following work orders, and quality control procedures.
• Approve and release laboratory data and reports.
• Responsible for partnering with others, sharing knowledge, skills and information within the assigned team and across functional areas.
• Report Food Safety and Quality issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and/or opportunities to management and correct where possible.
• Participate in investigations into minor major root cause, corrective or preventive actions and impact to product safety, identity, strength, quality or purity.
