Job summary

Inizio Partners Corp is seeking an experienced QA lead to oversee all aspects of quality assurance for our SI team. You will drive metrics, establish best practices, and develop tools and processes to meet quality goals.

Responsibilities include SQL/SSIS data accuracy, test case development, defect reporting, and coordinating QA resources during releases. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of QA experience.
• Experience in ETL projects and SSIS.
• Strong SQL queries and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with test artifacts (test strategy, test cases, defect logs).
• Experience leading QA for releases and coordinating QA resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA including metrics, best practices, tools and processes.
• Adhere to formal QA processes for SI team.
• Ensure data accuracy in SQL and SSIS; document tests and bugs.
