Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Specialist - IT Quality Assurance in Louisville, KY, a hybrid role requiring three days in the office per week. The Specialist will lead and advance functional, automation, data testing, and AI-assisted testing across enterprise apps, APIs, and data pipelines.

You will design test strategies, implement plans, and mentor QA teammates, collaborating with development, product, and data teams to ensure data and application quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QA Lead, including coordinating offshore team members.
• Experience testing software across languages, technologies, and platforms.
• Hands-on use of generative AI to test AI/ML models and automate tests.
• Experience collecting, processing, and evaluating data quality for AI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the Pod-wide test automation strategy across squads for functional and non-functional testing.
• Lead QA work and provide guidance to team members.
• Lead testing of AI/GenAI business applications and embed AI capabilities into tooling.
• Define and improve built-in quality practices and standards across squads.
• Collaborate with Pod/squad leads, Product Owners, and operations to align quality with PI plans.
• Drive process improvement to increase quality, velocity, and efficiency.
• Provide timely QA reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
