About the Role

The Quality Assurance Lead position at the Manawa location provides support to hourly team members in Quality operations. This role acts as the first point of contact for issue resolution within the department, ensuring proper escalation when needed. Driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

This is a full-time permanent role starting at $29.87/hour + $0.55 shift premium. Core hours are 1:45p-10p, Monday – Friday. Schedule may vary based on operations needs.
