Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Floater, 1st Shift at our Manawa, WI facility. This full-time role supports the Production team by performing material handling, packaging, and cleaning tasks on a rotating schedule.

You will help ensure smooth operations and quality checks in a fast-paced plant environment. Key duties include moving materials, handpack as needed, and completing production paperwork. The position offers consistent morning shifts with defined break relief and overtime potential

Qualifications

  • Must follow instructions and process documents.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to use a computer to document production information and print paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up materials from pallets and hand trucks and place on conveyors.

Job Description
About the Role

The Floater role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors

  • Manually packaging finished goods

  • Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers

  • Completing paperwork and quality checks

  • This role is primarily Downtown Monday - Thursday offering break relief and then OMC on Fridays for deep cleans

  • Employee will work Handpack when needed

This full-time role pays $23.33 per hour. Schedules vary based on business need and include:

  • Mon-Thurs, 5a-3p

  • Tues-Fri, 5a-3p

  • Mon-Fri, 6a-2p

About You

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus

  • Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
