Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced QA Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to lead QA across multiple projects and releases. The role focuses on defining test strategy, planning, estimation, and quality metrics, while mentoring the QA team and ensuring smooth collaboration with business, development, and support teams.

• Ability to plan tests, estimate effort and define quality metrics
