Job summary

Warabeya North America Inc. is seeking a Technical Services Coordinator in Lewisville, TX to support QA data entry, labeling, nutritional and regulatory activities at HQ level. The role involves using Weber/Legi and Genesis software with SEI, auditing labels, and updating platforms for regulatory changes.

The position requires on-site work with occasional overtime; the team collaborates with R&D, Production and QA to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MS Office and ERP proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and update labels and nutrition for new and existing products using Weber/Legi and Genesis software platforms, in working with SEI.
• Audit of various labels for accuracy according to company SOPs.
• Maintain updates to labeling platforms based on regulatory changes.
• Support R&D/Production and QA processes with associated online platforms.
• Support plants with labeling updates around raw material substitutions and validation of new/updated labels.
