Job summary

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, cleanliness, and continuous improvement across production lines. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with early hours starting at 4:45 AM for 10 hours per day, four days weekly (Sun & Mon off).

Physical Requirement:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or move for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements to operate food processing, packaging, or sanitation equipment
  • Safely handle raw materials, ingredients, finished products, and packaging materials in a production setting
  • Lift, transport, maneuver materials or equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently to access materials, equipment, and work areas
  • Maintain visual acuity to read labels, monitors, safety indicators, and production instructions
  • Safely operate motorized vehicles or equipment within the facility as needed
  • Ability to differentiate between color-coded materials used in sorting, labeling, or quality verification processes (if applicaple)
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout the workday, as needed
  • Use hands and fingers to input data, mouse, and standard office equipment
  • Attain, twist/bend, and constantly positions self to maintain files and office supplies in cabinets
  • Communicate effectively using speech, written language, hearing, and visual observation in person, by phone, and via virtual platforms
  • Maintain visual acuity for reading documents, computer screens, and written materials, including close and distance vision
  • Lift, transport, maneuver office materials or equipment weighing up to approximately 25 pounds
  • Ability to move between workstations, meeting rooms, or office areas as needed
