Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Assurance Lab Technician in Blue Ash, Ohio. You will inspect, measure, and verify that every product meets the required quality standards before it leaves the facility.

Two shifts are available: 1st Shift 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday; 3rd Shift 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday. Pay is $19.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay. If you take pride in accuracy and teamwork, this role offers growth along the Quality Inspector career path.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a quality lab environment.
• Eye for accuracy and care in every step.
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and a crew-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Test, check, and verify every part for specs and standards.
• Work with leads to keep production running smoothly.
• Keep inspection records and tools ready to go.
• Operate filling machines and guide the cooking process.
• Make sure everything that ships out meets the mark.
