Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lima, OH is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect parts at every stage, call out issues quickly, and keep the line clean and organized. Earn $17 per hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in a role that keeps production moving and quality assured.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year in inspection or quality work; familiarity with BRCGS and ISO standards is a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).

As a Quality Technician in Lima, you'll be the one making sure every piece coming off the line meets top standards. Your attention to detail keeps production running smoothly and customers coming back.

Requirements

• Know-How: High school diploma or GED preferred. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a big plus.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in inspection, quality, or line work helps you start strong. Familiarity with BRCGS standards and ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 is a plus
• Attention to Detail: You catch the "small stuff" that keeps the "big stuff" moving.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift (up to) 40-50 lbs when needed.
• Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.
