Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a QA Lab Technician to join the Quality Assurance team in a food manufacturing setting. You will perform routine laboratory testing, record results, and support sanitation and QA documentation to uphold food safety standards.

This role requires attention to detail, familiarity with GMPs, and experience using SAP for data entry. Training on FoodScan and titration equipment is provided, with a Monday–Friday shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a competitive pay

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of food safety systems, GMPs, and environmental monitoring programs
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and QA documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing including pH, salt, color, drained weights, and viscosity analyses
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as FoodScan and Mohr titration devices
• Conduct environmental monitoring, allergen swabbing, and verification of sanitation procedures
• Document test results accurately and enter data into SAP system
• Support quality audits, calibration, and maintenance of lab instruments
