Job summary

Wis-Pak in Mankato, MN is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Technician and Blender to join our beverage production team. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 4:30am to 3:00pm, with a pay rate of $24.60 per hour.

You will sanitize tanks, manage inventory, blend syrup ingredients according to standards, maintain logs, and support food-safety and GMP practices. Strong English, basic math, and ability to operate lab equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mathematical skills and problem solving
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Proficiency with computers and laboratory/test equipment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand long periods

Responsibilities

• Sanitize tanks and equipment to meet quality standards
• Locate ingredients in inventory and transport to syrup room per procedures
• Unload sugar/concentrate
• Maintain records and logs of procedures and results
• Interpret blending/sanitation schedules and plan priorities
• Perform inventory checks and rotate concentrates
• Keep work area and equipment clean; follow safety and GMP rules
