Job summary

Wis-Pak Inc. in Mankato, MN is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Technician and Blender to join our beverage production team. This hands-on role blends syrup ingredients, sanitizes tanks, and ensures products meet our quality standards during the 4:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday shift.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic math skills, good communication, and the ability to work with lab equipment. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to operate computer and laboratory/test equipment
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs daily and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Sanitize tanks and equipment to meet quality standards
• Transport ingredients to syrup room for blending
• Unload sugar/concentrates
• Maintain records and logs of procedures and results
• Interpret blending/sanitation schedules and plan accordingly
• Perform inventory checks and rotate ingredients
• Keep work area and equipment clean
• Comply with safety, GMP, sanitation and food safety requirements
