Ventura Coastal, LLC is seeking a QA Lab Technician III in Visalia, CA. The role focuses on advanced testing of juices and oils using HPLC, GC, and microbiological methods. The incumbent may cover shifts and assist lower-level QA technicians as needed.

Responsibilities include CCP documentation, calibration of equipment, data entry into CitrOS/Sage, and ensuring quality throughout the production run. A BS in chemistry-related field and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology is required.
• 3–5 years in a food processing environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced testing of juices and oils using HPLC, GC, and microbiological methods.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment at start of each shift.
• Record data accurately in CitrOS/Sage and ensure CCP documentation.
