Ventura Coastal is seeking a QA Lab Technician III to conduct advanced testing of juices and oils using HPLC, GC, and microbiological methods. The role covers complex analyses, method development, and data interpretation for quality assurance in our California facility.

The candidate will perform routine QC tests, maintain equipment, prepare trend reports, and assist in training technicians while adhering to CCPs and safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• BS Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology.
• 3–5 years in a food processing laboratory environment.
• Proficient with HPLC/GC and microbiology testing.
• Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to train technicians and maintain equipment.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced testing of juices and oils using HPLC, GC, and microbiological assays.
• Develop methodologies and perform quality control tests.
• Enter results accurately into the LIMS/portal and generate trend reports.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment at shift start.
• Support environmental and water monitoring sampling and analysis.
