The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC leadership within regulated manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and deep knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements. On-site work supports a fast-paced product environment with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field related to QA or manufacturing.
• 5+ years of QA/QC or laboratory leadership in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and driving quality/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA Laboratory Technicians with a focus on quality and safety.
• Oversee day-to-day lab operations, testing programs, and equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Health Canada, customer and internal quality standards.
• Manage calibration, qualification, maintenance and service programs for lab equipment.
• Serve as site quality expert for product specs, raw materials, and quality documentation.
• Lead validation activities, annual product reviews, and stability programs.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality and operations.
