Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections on production samples and test raw materials and final products.
• Use observation and judgment to catch and prevent production errors and approve releases.
• Maintain logs for production, raw materials, testing, and issues.
• Troubleshoot testing problems in consultation with supervision.
• Keep lab equipment clean and maintain a sanitary work area.
• Follow GMP, GLP, and safety policies and SOPs.
• Report food safety or quality incidents to plant leadership.
• Communicate effectively with supervision and internal departments.
