You’ll support testing across tennis-focused software and document testing activities in a collaborative engineering team. Ideal candidates are pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in CS/Tech/Engineering, with strong attention to detail, analytics, and a desire to learn.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of major sports; tennis is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to solving problems efficiently.
• A self-motivated mentality with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and research new methodologies.
• A curiosity for identifying and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and conducting tests.
• Resolving conflicts to meet test objectives.
• Recording constraints on testing.
• Providing full documentation of deviations from the test plan.
• Capturing all data required to support test findings.
• Producing clear and objective reports of test result data.
• Assessing the testing process and indicating methods for improvement.
