Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with QA in manufacturing and use of measurement devices preferred.
• Basic statistics concepts knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control tools preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inspection and documentation procedures to support quality objectives.
• Inspect parts and materials for compliance with specs and quality standards.
• Measure, verify, and analyze data to ensure quality product.
• Approve or reject material by confirming specifications and tests.
• Document findings and communicate results to supervisors promptly.
• Report investigation/test results clearly to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain equipment to ensure normal operation.
• Collect defective parts and secure in designated areas.
• Maintain safety compliance and 3R5S standards in the workplace.
