Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with QA activities in manufacturing and use of measuring devices preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic statistics and quality tools preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection and documentation to support quality objectives.
• Inspect parts and materials for specifications and quality standards.
• Measure, verify, and analyze data to ensure product quality.
• Approve or reject materials based on specs and tests.
• Document findings and communicate results to relevant parties.
• Report investigation/test results to supervisors clearly and promptly.
• Maintain QA equipment for normal operation.
• Collect defective parts and secure in designated areas.
• Uphold 3R5S: Right Location, Right Quality, Right Container; Sort, Set in Order, Shine.
