Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Reading, writing and math skills. Ability to comprehend and follow written procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of S.P.C.
• Computer knowledge- Windows software.
• Knowledge in CNC machining - Minimum 1 year experience.
• Knowledge of all wheel characteristics measured on the CMM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality functions and perform CMM checks to ensure targets are met.
• Read and interpret prints accurately to verify dimensions.
• Monitor appearance of wheels and schedule tool changes as needed.
• Use gauges to validate dimensional tolerances and perform SPC data interpretation.
• Adjust tool offsets and verify toolpaths in machining programs to meet specs.
