Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. seeks a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure civil and piping installations meet project specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective collaboration with construction teams and management. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 5+ years in QA/QC for civil/piping works, familiar with ASME/API/AWWA/ISO/ASTM codes, welding, NDT, and ISO 9001 systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years’ QA/QC inspection experience on civil and piping works.
• Familiarity with codes/standards (ASME/API/AWWA/ACI/ASTM/ISO/AWS).
• Knowledge of welding processes, NDT methods, and material inspection.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day inspection and quality monitoring of civil works and piping installations.
• Verify materials, methods, and finished works against drawings and specs.
• Maintain inspection records, NCRs, and quality reports.
• Coordinate with site teams and participate in QA/QC meetings.
