NSC Technologies seeks a QA-NDT Inspector to conduct and document inspections per customer and contractual requirements. The role involves performing NDT methods and maintaining comprehensive records of inspection activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in NDT/Quality Control, with VT/MT/PT/UT certifications preferred and experience with NAVSEA items and ISO norms. Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS and work with DoD customers is required.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in NDT and Quality Control/Assurance.
  • Certifications in VT, MT, PT, and/or UT preferred.
  • Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and ISO requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor inspections, documenting results on required forms.
  • Perform VT, MT, PT, and UT inspections as needed.
  • Understand and apply NAVSEA Standard Items and other Government Specifications.
  • Analyze documents, drawings, and customer requirements to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Generate and review condition found reports, test and inspection plans, and corrective action reports (CAR).
  • Inventory and maintain test equipment and gauges.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Perform audits and surveillance as assigned.
  • Work independently to fulfill responsibilities and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Abide by all safety requirements and protocols.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to access Government Facilities.
