Job Description

Qualo is seeking an experienced NDT Level 2 Inspector with certifications in Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT). The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications, performing inspections critical to maintaining quality assurance and integrity of components and materials.

• Conduct inspections using RT, UT, PT, and VT methods according to industry standards and internal procedures.
• Evaluate test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment and tools.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and quality teams.

Requirements

• Must have previous / current NDT Level 2 certifications in Radiographic Testing (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) per ASNT guidelines or equivalent. Level 2 PT and VT is a plus but not required
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as an NDT Inspector.
• Ability to interpret codes, standards, and engineering drawings.
• Must successfully pass Drug and Alcohol testing.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments.
• Familiarity with DOD specifications and inspection requirements.
